for the purposes of registering to our services, these data are used solely for us to be able to reach our clients,
and will never be shared with a 3rd-party company.
The Odysci Media Analyzer web pages use Google Analytics (GA) tags in order to track the pages visited and the actions
taken within the tool. This is done solely to help in the detection and diagnostics of problems with the site, so that
we can improve the user experience. The data collected are for internal use only and will not be shared outside Odysci.
When a user creates an account with Odysci, they have to provide a user login (usually the e-mail) and a password.
All passwords are encrypted before they are stored in Odysci's servers. We do not store any original, textual password.
The Odysci Media Analyzer needs to store a limited number of Cookies in the user's browser in order to work correctly.
For example, the user session is stored in a cookie, so that the system can recognize the user and apply the
user's choices for customizations and privacy. The necessary cookies used exclusively by the Odysci Media Analyzer

: Used to store the user session. This cookies expires in 12 hours if the
system is being used, or in 2 hours if the system is idle.
: These are Google Analytics cookies used for distinguising users.
These are anonymized and encoded, so there is no identifiable information directly on the stored text. According
to Google, the "_ga" cookie expires in 2 years, and the "_gid" cookie expires in 24 hours.
: This cookie stores the language chosen by the user in their preferences
within the Odysci Media Analyzer. The cookie expires in 1 year.
